Each National Communication Director is encouraged to use a dedicated email account provisioned by ICS. This best practice will allow the complete history of communication and responses about actions taken, ICS policy guidance, etc. to be passed to new NCDs when terms rotate. Ownership of the email account will be assigned to the new NCD and that will effect transfer of a full history of prior NCD activity.
